Our client, a supplier of products for various medical practices are seeking a confident Inbound Customer Service Advisor to support their team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and assist them with their queries in a fast-paced environment. You must feel comfortable and confident being on the phone!
Key Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of day-to-day queries, including:
Responding to enquiries about the status of parcels
Assisting customers with placing orders
Addressing concerns regarding out-of-stock products online
Managing adhoc tasks and responding to emails efficientlyWhat Our Client Is Looking For:
