Pay: £17.93 per hour (inclusive of £1.93 holiday pay)

Shifts: 2pm - 10pm | Some weekend work required

About the role

We're looking for experienced Chefs de Partie on a full-time, temp to perm basis for an opportunity with a hotel in Livingston.

In this role, your responsibilties can include:

* Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

* Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard

* Working across different sections of the kitchen as required

* Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation

* Ensuring full compliance with food safety and allergen regulations

What we’re looking for:

* At least 6 months’ experience working as a Chef de Partie

* Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen Awareness certification

* Able to commit to a full-time position on a temp to perm basis

* Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK

* Confidence to step into busy kitchens and deliver high standards
