About this job

We are currently recruiting for 2 x HR Administrators to join a well-established organisation on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join a busy HR team and provide high-quality administrative support across a range of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

* Preparing HR documentation and correspondence

* Assisting with employee queries

* Updating and maintaining confidential HR records

* Supporting with general HR administration

* Producing reports and updating HR information as required

* Providing wider administrative support to the HR team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role

* Strong administration and organisational skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

* Experience handling confidential information

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
