PAINTER & DECORATOR - HIGH-END COMMERCIAL PROJECT

Location: Central London
Rate: £23 per hour CIS
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, ongoing work

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a high-end commercial building in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work, with a strong focus on preparation, attention to detail and achieving an excellent finish.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
Previous experience working on high-end commercial projects
Excellent attention to detail and quality of finish
Valid IPAF 3A & 3B
Valid Blue CSCS Card
Reliable, professional and hardworking
Able to work safely at height and around MEWPsDuties will include:

High-quality internal painting and decorating
Surface preparation, sanding, filling and priming
Applying paint and finishes to a high standard
Detailed preparation and finishing work
Working from MEWPs where required
Protecting surrounding areas and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
Ensuring all work is completed to a high-end standardThis is a long-term position with ongoing work for the right candidate.

£23 per hour CIS

Only experienced candidates with IPAF 3A & 3B and a valid Blue CSCS Card will be considered
