Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

This is a great opportunity to join an established Swindon based company, working within the Customer Service / Planning team.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to key clients and external partners.

About the Customer Service Administrator Role:

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

* Annual salary £27,936 per annum

* Office based role in Swindon (SN3)

* Temporary to permanent role

* Start date is September 2026

Duties & Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator role:

* Invoice preperation, data checks & validation

* Responsibilty for raising & reconciling weekly invoices

* Process cancellations & postponements

* KPI management

* Creating Custoner reports

* Prepping Driver packs

* Support the Customer Service function

Skills, Qualifications & Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator role:

* Excellent attention to detail

* Microsoft Office in particular Excel - Intermediate level

* Good numeracy & literacy skills

* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines

* Ability to prioritise, work independently and reach defined targets

* Good interpersonal skills - able to deal with people at all levels

* Passionate about delivering customer service excellence
