We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales & Office Administration Assistant to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to introduce our products to potential customers.

* Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

* Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch.

* Provide general sales and office administration support.

* Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account management.

* Manage and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.

About You

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

* Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

* Previous telesales or office administration experience is desirable.

* Experience with CRM systems, Sage ACT® or QuickBooks is an advantage.
