Recruitment Coordinator
Oxfordshire | Full-time | 12-18 month Temporary Contract
We're recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / In-House Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading organisation operating in a technical and highly regulated environment.
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to source, attract and secure top talent across a range of roles.
Key responsibilities:
Managing recruitment from initial brief through to offer and onboarding
Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks
Screening and interviewing candidates
Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
Managing recruitment activity through HR and applicant tracking systems
Supporting pre-employment screening and compliance processes
Occasional travel to another UK site may be required
About you:
Proven experience in end-to-end or in-house recruitment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Experience recruiting within technical, engineering or regulated environments would be beneficial
Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance processes
Experience using Workday or a similar ATS is desirable
Due to the nature of the environment, successful candidates will need to meet relevant security screening requirements and have the right to work in the UK.
