Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Support Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in Forest Hall. You'll support pupils who may face barriers to learning due to social, emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them engage positively with education and school life.

You'll play a key role in building relationships, promoting positive choices and encouraging pupils to achieve their goals.

Building positive relationships with pupils
Supporting emotional regulation strategies
Encouraging engagement within lessons
Promoting positive behaviour and decision-making
Delivering 1:1 mentoring sessions
Supporting pupils during challenging situations
Working closely with pastoral teams
Celebrating success and progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
