PROMAN is recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of a leading fashion group specialising in sports fashion and streetwear.

What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
Recording and updating customer information accurately
Completing a range of administrative tasks
Working across multiple systems to support customer service operations
What we're looking for:
Previous customer service experience, whether in retail, contact centres, hospitality, or office-based roles
Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
A professional and positive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs
Working Hours:
Minimum 20 hours per week
Typically 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

£12.71 per hour
