As an Agency Support Worker, you'll work across a range of services, providing person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal development
- Promoting independence and encouraging choice.
- Providing emotional support and building positive relationships.
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Working alongside multi-disciplinary teams and following individual support plans.
