Bar Staff – Temporary Ongoing Role
Location: South Kensington, London
Hours: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours, typically 4pm -11pm or similar
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic member of Bar Staff to join our team at a busy, fast-paced café/bar in South Kensington.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, takes pride in their work and is a positive, dependable team player.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a friendly team, helping to ensure the bar and service run smoothly throughout the day. The role will suit someone who is organised, conscientious and comfortable working at pace.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service
* Taking orders and processing payments
* Keeping the bar area clean, tidy and well stocked
* Preparing the bar for service and helping with closing duties
* Working efficiently during busy periods
* Supporting colleagues and helping wherever needed
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Able to stay calm and efficient when busy
* Proactive and willing to get stuck in
* Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are just as important
