Your new company

Hays Education work with a wide range of primary schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas and are currently looking to speak with teachers looking longer-term opportunities.

Many of our partner schools work exclusively with Hays on their recruitment, giving us access to roles that are not always advertised elsewhere. We regularly support schools with a variety of requirements, including class teacher vacancies, maternity cover, PPA cover, intervention roles and job-share positions.

Your new role

We are keen to hear from teachers who are looking to secure a longer-term role within a primary school setting.
Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with assignments ranging from a term to the full academic year. Roles include:

Full-time class teacher positions
Part-time teaching opportunities
Maternity cover
PPA cover

Intervention and booster roles

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within a primary school
Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible and professional approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
