Water Testers (Temporary)

Basic Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 08:00am - 04:00pm
Duration: 28th August 2026 – 18th September 2026
Location: Bournemouth
We're currently recruiting for a temporary Facilities Team Member to join a busy facilities team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You'll be supporting the on-site Facilities Team with a variety of planned maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains safe, compliant, and well presented throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out water flushing in line with site procedures.
Completing light touch-up painting across the property.
Assisting with general maintenance tasks.
Supporting the Facilities Team with day-to-day maintenance activities.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Reporting any maintenance issues or defects to the Facilities Manager.
Following all health and safety policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience.
Practical approach with good DIY and basic repair skills.
Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Understanding of health and safety in a maintenance environment is desirable.
