About this job

SF Partners are supporting an established Pershore based business in recruiting a temporary Technical Administrator. This role is likely to go permanent, and is site based Monday to Friday.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm / 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the technical team.
Maintain and update technical records, databases and documentation.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other departmental documents.
Process and track technical paperwork, orders and requests.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers where required.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with company procedures.
Support meetings, audits and technical projects as required.

About You

Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
