Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Production Machine Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and build experience in a busy production environment.
No previous machine operating experience is required - full training will be provided.
You'll be trained to operate one of the production machines within the warehouse, helping to keep the production process running smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor a production machine within the warehouse.
Learn how to safely and efficiently run your assigned machine.
Monitor the production process and report any issues.
Check finished products for quality and defects.
Remove damaged or defective products when required.
Sort products according to brand requirements.
Read and follow batch sheet information.
Operate stacking equipment where required.
Move and handle products safely.
Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
Requirements
No previous machine operating experience is needed - full training is provided.
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
Keen to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable standing for long periods.
Physically capable of lifting and handling heavier items.
Accurate with a good eye for detail.
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
Positive, flexible and willing to learn.
A good team player.
Hours of Work
Training: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm-7am.
Following training, you will move onto a team working a 3 nights on, 3 nights off shift pattern, with shifts running 7pm-7am.
