Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? Looking for flexible work or a long-term role in education? Join our dedicated team working with schools across Portsmouth.

We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and temp-to-perm roles.

Your Role:

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom

Working 1:1 or in small groups

Assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation

Helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

Collaborating with teachers and other support staff

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people

Backgrounds considered: education, care, residential support, youth work, nursery settings

A caring, empathetic, and patient approach

Passion for supporting children with additional needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
