Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B28 Area | Start ASAP | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start.

The Role:

✅ Supporting pupils across the classroom environment
✅ Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
✅ Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions where required
✅ Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
✅ Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
✔ Positive, patient, and proactive approach
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Right to work in the UK
