Construction Site Administrator

Location: Knottingley
Duration: 60 Weeks
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Parking: Available on site
We are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller to join a major project based in Knottingley.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with technology and comfortable working in a busy project environment.
Duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation
- Uploading, filing and distributing documents via SharePoint
- Updating trackers and spreadsheets using Excel
- Preparing documents using Word
- Managing project correspondence through Outlook
- Taking meeting notes and producing accurate minutes
- Maintaining organised electronic filing and document control systems
- Supporting the wider project team with administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident note-taking ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience within document control, site administration or project administration would be advantageous.
£18.00 per hour | 60-week project | On-site parking
