Job type: Full-time, temp to perm
Location: Hastings (Hybrid after training)
Salary: up to £30,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities
· Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
· Providing clear, accurate and helpful information to customers
· Using CRM to log interactions, update customer records and manage service requests
· Working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex customer queries
· Supporting customers with enquiries relating to services and account management
· Providing information on available services and options to help customers make informed decisions
· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, actions and resolutions
· Following up on outstanding queries to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
· Building strong relationships and contributing to an excellent overall customer experience
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience within a customer service role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A confident and professional approach with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial
· A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
