Warehouse Administrator 

Location: Erdington 
Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and be confident using WHS/Warehouse Management Systems, managing stock and inventory, preparing reports, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining accurate stock and inventory records

Using the WHS system to update and monitor warehouse information

Carrying out daily stock checks and resolving discrepancies, and admin duties related to this.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports

Monitoring stock movements and ensuring records are accurate

Communicating professionally with customers and responding to queries

Managing customer and warehouse-related emails

Liaising with warehouse teams, customers and other departments

Supporting general warehouse administration and data entry

Ensuring all paperwork and system records are completed accurately and on time

About You:

Previous experience in warehouse administration is essential

Experience using a WHS/Warehouse Management System

Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident using email and computer systems

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to prepare and understand reports

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, proactive and able to work in a busy warehouse environment
