Protocol Education is seeking committed Secondary Support Staff to support pupils across secondary schools in Dewsbury. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need to thrive.
Duties Include
Supporting students during lessons and intervention sessions
Delivering one-to-one and small group support
Assisting with behaviour management strategies
Encouraging attendance, engagement, and progress
Supporting students with SEND and additional learning needs where appropriate
We Are Looking For
Individuals with experience working with secondary-aged students
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable team players
Passionate about education and student outcomes
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
