Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to £250 per day 

Our Client, a nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a temporary to permanent contract . 

Projects that are being delivered will are windows and doors planned maintenance schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across London. 

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

Complete regular snagging inspections

My client are looking for someone with a carpentry career background as well as strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.
