We are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to join the Ealing MAST team, offering an excellent £39.04 per hour rate alongside hybrid working.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced practitioner who is able to work effectively within a multi-agency environment and who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
The role
As a Social Worker within Ealing MAST, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals, using your social work expertise to contribute to effective safeguarding, assessment and decision-making.
You will need to be confident managing complex situations, gathering and analysing information, undertaking assessments and using professional judgement to identify risk and need.
We're looking for Social Workers who have:
Proven experience in statutory children's social work
Strong safeguarding and assessment experience
Excellent understanding of children's social care legislation and practice
Experience working with complex and challenging cases
Strong multi-agency working skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
The confidence to make robust professional decisions
A proactive and child-focused approach
Current Social Work England registration
