The Role you will be doing;

* Processing customer orders

* Deal with general queries and redirect to the appropriate department/colleagues where necessary

* Greet visitors

* Answer and direct incoming calls

* General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning

* Communicating with clients and associates as and when required

* Paperwork/goods flow internal and external

* Enter and extract data from PEPs

* Submitting prescriptive orders and arranging deliver/collection to patient

* Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained

* Support the CS team as and when necessary

* Follow up on progress of orders within Manufacturing

About You;

* Previous customer service and administration experience is essential

* Experience using Microsoft Office packages

* Strong communication skills

* Professional telephone manner

* Good organisational skills
