We are currently looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a busy and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of support to clients. You will play an important role in managing and supporting German-speaking client accounts, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
What’s on Offer
* Job type: Temp to Perm, Hybrid, following training (3 days remote)
* Hours: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Location: Bexhill on Sea
* Salary: up to £32,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients
* Managing and supporting client accounts
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Processing orders and updating customer information
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
* Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
* Providing a professional and efficient customer service experience
Skills & Experience Required
* Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
* Previous experience within customer service, account management or a similar role
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and priorities
* Good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
