We’re urgently looking for a Responsive Repairs Officer to join a well-established Housing Association based in Surrey. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience within property or repairs teams. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for residents, ensuring repairs are raised, scheduled, and monitored efficiently while supporting the wider Property Services team. Responsive Repairs Officer required urgently for a Surrey based Housing Association. Key Skills required:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers
Responsible for providing strong administrative support and customer service within the Property Services team
Raising and scheduling work orders
Monitoring contractor performance
Managing CRM cases
Assisting with invoice processing and data managementDetails:

£24.00ph umbrella
Hybrid working role – Minimum 4 days per week in the office.
