Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Hall Green who are currently looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who has physical disabilities.

The school are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and reliable teaching assistant who can provide tailored 1:1 care to a child in Reception who is in a wheelchair. Due to the physical needs of the student, experience or willingness to assist with moving, handling, and personal care is essential.

Shows high expectations for learning and behaviour

Works well as part of a supportive, energetic team
Is manual handling trained
Willing to assist with personal care
