We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic secondary school in Wembley on a long-term, full-time basis, with the opportunity to become permanent with the school following a successful introduction and placement.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm position, offering excellent consistency and the opportunity to become a valued member of the school community.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting secondary-aged students with their learning and development
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
Helping students overcome barriers to learning
Building positive, trusting relationships with students
Working alongside teachers and the wider support team
Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence and resilience
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For

Available to work 8:00am-4:00pmPrevious SEN experience is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, your ability to connect with young people and your genuine desire to make a difference.
