Planner & Scheduler, £12.71 – £15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities
* Plan and manage daily work packages for engineers.
* Allocate service tickets based on engineer skills, location and availability.
* Optimise driving routes to maximise productivity.
* Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate tools, equipment and materials required for jobs.
* Source parts from suppliers and track deliveries to prevent delays.
* Support the helpdesk with scheduling and job updates.
* Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within engineering, facilities or maintenance.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Confident using IT and scheduling systems.
* A proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
