Sanza Teaching is working with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Hackney seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Role Summary

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide targeted support to pupils to help them achieve their potential. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, proactive in the classroom and committed to supporting children's learning.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classes
Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Support pupils with differing learning needs
Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience working with primary-aged children
Experience supporting pupils in a school setting is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, patient and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Right to work in the UK

Pay and Progression

Daily rate of £98 per day
Increased rate of up to £124 per day after 12 working weeks
Higher rates may be available for candidates with substantial Key Stage 2 classroom experience, SEND experience, relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or a proven track record of delivering interventions and supporting pupil progress.
