This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of Field Services activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering when in-site activities must be performed, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Experienced Field Engineer, working within an established team of engineers and will also be required to participate in the area on call rota.
