Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major utilities contractor delivering a long-term mains renewals programme across Bristol.
This role offers the chance to work on an established framework with excellent longevity, commercial responsibility and flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities
* Commercial management of mains renewal projects.
* Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control.
* Management of subcontractor procurement, payments and variations.
* Administration of NEC contracts and compensation events.
* Final accounts and client liaison.
* Supporting operational teams to maximise commercial performance.
Requirements
* Quantity Surveying experience within utilities and/or civil engineering.
* Strong NEC contract knowledge.
* Experience on pipeline or infrastructure projects preferred.
* Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
