Site Agent - Highways/Civils
Location: Bath City Centre
Rate: £450 per day (CIS)

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a major highway improvement scheme in Bath City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile highways project involving new footway construction, drainage and ducting works, working closely with the client and managing site operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the site team to deliver works safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities.
Conduct daily site briefings and ensure workforce engagement.
Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
Monitor work progress, quality and productivity.
Attend weekly client progress meetings.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, subcontractors and the wider project team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor within the civil engineering or highways sector.
Strong background in highways, drainage and infrastructure projects.
Good understanding of NEC contracts.
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
