About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Caseworker to join a high‑profile, sensitive programme within a government department. The role requires handling complex information, making decisions in line with policy, and working under strict procedural guidelines. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, managing cases with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret complex information from multiple sources to make informed decisions.

Apply relevant government policies and procedures accurately to casework.

Produce clear, well‑justified decisions and communicate outcomes effectively.

Manage tight deadlines in a sensitive operational context.

Engage with stakeholders professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Work with graphic or sensitive content, demonstrating resilience and empathy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven casework experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work within strict policy frameworks and follow procedures consistently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Data Protection principles.

Demonstrated resilience and empathy when handling sensitive material.

Desirable:

Experience within Home Office, police, or immigration environments.

Handling complex cases involving multiple stakeholders and sources of information.
