As an Interim Operations Support Manager, you will work closely with Home Managers and the wider regional team, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. Key Responsibilities

• Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
