An established national law firm is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to join its Employment team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing diaries and appointments.
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Preparing documents and correspondence.
Supporting billing and financial administration.
Liaising with clients and internal teams.The ideal candidate will have:

Legal EA experience is essential.
Employment Law experience desirable.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional communication skills.If you have Executive Assistant experience within a legal setting or have worked as a Legal PA, we'd love to hear from you!
