Job Title
Electrical Supervisor

Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical work on NZT, a major construction project in Redcar. This long-term opportunity offers competitive JIB rates, with a strong pipeline of work expected following the initial phase.

PAYE Rates

Basic (Mon–Fri, first 37.5 hrs): £22.19 + £3.12 holiday = £25.31/hr
Overtime 1.5 (midweek overtime & first 6 hrs Saturday): £33.29 + £4.02 holiday = £37.31/hr
Overtime 2 (additional Saturday & Sunday): £44.38 + £5.36 holiday = £49.74/hrLocation and Working Pattern
Location: NZT, Redcar (major construction project)
Hours: 47 hours per week (Mon–Thu 10 hrs, Fri 7 hrs)
Duration: Until end of October, with potential extension up to 12 monthsClient Overview
Our client is delivering a major construction project in Redcar, requiring skilled electrical supervision to maintain quality, compliance, and safety on site.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation work on site
Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and project specification
Oversee safe systems of work and maintain high safety standards
Allocate tasks and provide guidance to operatives
Monitor progress against project programme and quality targets
Support inspections and resolve technical issues promptlyMust-have Requirements
JIB card
18th Edition qualification
SMSTS or SSSTS
Safety Critical Medical (arranged by NRL at no cost to the worker)Nice-to-have skills
