Administrator

Unity Personnel are now looking to add to the team. We are looking for an administrator who has worked within a busy office environment previously.

The Role

• Answering the phone and dealing with any queries that come into the office with a positive and friendly approach.
• Support with registering candidates and adding them to the system.
• Sharing adverts on social media and keeping up with any queries.
• Payroll processing.
• Drafting adverts to put on social media and other advertising platforms.
• Going through advert responses on a daily basis.
• Offering excellent customer service to both candidates and clients alike.
• General administration duties.

The Candidate:-

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong Customer Service experience.
• Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Drive and passionate and wants to grow and develop.
• Strong time management.
