Pre-Work Coordinator
Step into a key coordination role where your planning skills will help keep essential infrastructure works moving smoothly. As a Pre-Work Coordinator, you'll play an important part in ensuring jobs are prepared accurately, efficiently and in line with required processes and deadlines.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll coordinate a high volume of work, review job information and identify potential issues before they impact delivery. You'll use your organisational skills and attention to detail to keep priorities on track in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan pre-work activities, ensuring jobs are accurately prepared and progressed in line with deadlines and priorities.
Review job information, identify missing details or potential issues, and escalate concerns to the appropriate operational teams.
Manage permits, traffic management, street works noticing and network coordination requirements where applicable.
Schedule field-based gangs and operatives while balancing contractual priorities, SLAs and completion deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office, Excel and relevant planning or network management systems.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in highways, utilities, street works, construction or maintenance planning, with an understanding of network coordination.
Experience with permits, traffic management, street works noticing or similar coordination processes.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence learning and using different IT systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently, follow established processes and adapt to changing priorities.
