A large secondary school based in Uxbridge, West London, are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Mathematics Teacher to join their team. The school are looking for someone who is confident teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including A-Level Mathematics. The successful candidate will be able to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities through to post-16 study. The position is available on a long-term contract until at least July 2027. This position is full time, although the school are open to considering part-time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with salary matching Outer London MPS/UPS. The school also has available parking spaces.

Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, including A-Level Mathematics.

Qualifications and Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A relevant degree.
Proven ability and experience teaching Mathematics through to KS5/A-Level is essential.
Strong subject knowledge across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
Experience preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An approachable, encouraging and supportive manner.
The ability to differentiate effectively and support students of varying abilities.
A passion for Mathematics and a genuine commitment to improving students' academic outcomes.M1-M6 salaries are aligned to experience within the Main Pay Range. Teachers typically progress annually from M1 through to M6, while UPS requires formal application. TLR payments are made for agreed, sustained additional duties outside of regular teaching.
