Process Plant Supervisor
Location: Morocco | Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off | Contract: 15 months
We are recruiting a Process Plant Supervisor to own the safe, efficient and reliable day-to-day operation of the process plant, wells and loading facilities at a major process plant in Morocco. Working a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation on a 15-month contract, you will coordinate production from well through processing, storage and product loading.
The Role
* Monitor plant conditions such as pressures, temperatures, flows and levels, keeping operations within approved envelopes and design limits.
* Ensure product quality is correctly monitored and maintained.
* Identify abnormal conditions and direct corrective actions through the shift supervisors and their panel and field operators.
* Act as custodian of the master P&IDs, cause and effect tables, SOPs and EOPs.
* Coordinate the well interface to keep feed stable and matched to plant capacity.
* Lead process safety, including management of change, with strong awareness of hydrocarbon, pressure, ammonia, hot oil, amine and cryogenic hazards.
* Drive production, throughput, quality and availability targets and minimise losses, flaring and downtime.
* Support development of a digital twin and simulator for training and debottlenecking.
What You'll Bring
* Senior process operations experience in oil and gas, gas processing or petrochemicals.
* Strong process safety leadership and management of change experience.
* Deep knowledge of hazardous fluids and pressure systems.
* Experience owning P&IDs, SOPs, EOPs and cause and effect tables.
* Familiarity with digital twin or simulation is an advantage
