Academics are looking for a confident and highly experienced 1:1 Classroom Support for specialist SEN schools across Warrington. There is a range of roles available in multiple different specialist schools across Warrington, varying from daily, short-term and long-term positions.
We are seeking someone who has experience in a classroom setting and has worked in 1:1 roles with vulnerable children before.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 support for children with special needs.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students.
Creating a safe and positive environment for students to thrive.
Encouraging positive behaviour and assisting with emotional regulation.
About You:
Ability to adapt to the different needs of children,
Knowledge and experience with vulnerable individuals with ASD, moderate to severe learning difficulties and other disabilities.
Prior experience in a classroom setting, particularly with SEN schools.
A previous role as a 1:1 Classroom Support would be advantageous.If you are dedicated to providing vulnerable children the best education to assist with their learning and developmet, and you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or 1:1 Classroom Support, we would love to hear from you.
