Assistant Site Manager required - national Houebuilder - Woking
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading National Housebuilder on a residential development in Woking, Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term, 2 year contract on a development consisting of both timber frame and traditional build houses and flats.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the build process froom roof stage throught to CML whilst ensuring plots are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing plots from roof stage through to CML
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
Ensuring works are completed in line with build programmes and quality standards
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Managing snagging, inspections and plot completions
Reporting progress directly to the Project Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manaegr for 2 years with a residential developer
Experience working on timber frame and traditional build developments
Strong knowledge of internal finishing stages and plot completions
Excellent organisational and subcontractor management skills
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First aid
