Based in London - SW1. Hybrid

Temporary ongoing. Monday - Friday

Day rate: £350 - £400 PAYE

Our client, a prominent player in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking an experienced LPG Senior Operator to join their dynamic Cargo Operations Department in London. This exciting temporary role offers a full-time position for a 12-month contract, providing a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the implementation of Liquids Sales and Purchase Agreements with shareholder affiliates, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Liaising with Liquids Buyers to coordinate lifting windows and ensure compliance with all agreements.
Overseeing the quality of liquids and addressing any operational issues that arise, prioritising safety and reliability.
Collaborating closely with the Liquids Scheduler to maintain accurate records in the Liquids Master Schedule.
Assisting the Finance team in invoicing and calculating costs related to demurrage, dead freight, and port fees.
Ensuring all cargo operations activities are conducted in compliance with internal procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 5 years of significant commercial operations experience, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
Strong contract management, shipping, and commercial operations experience.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in joint ventures and a multicultural environment.
