Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a long-term Repair & Maintenance framework across Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy commercial team delivering essential maintenance and reactive works across a major water infrastructure network.
Responsibilities
* Commercial management of Repair & Maintenance contracts.
* Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.
* Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and variations.
* NEC contract administration and change management.
* Agreement of final accounts and commercial reporting.
* Supporting operational teams to maximise project performance.
Requirements
* Quantity Surveying experience within utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering.
* Previous experience managing Repair & Maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
* Strong NEC contract knowledge.
* Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
