Duration: 16 Weeks (Initial Programme)

Overview
We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Engineers to support a key aviation infrastructure package in West Oxfordshire, working on a resurfacing programme.
This is a high-profile, time-critical scheme involving runway concrete pours and associated civils works, requiring engineers who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, security-controlled environment.
There is potential requirement for 2-3 Site Engineers on the project.

The Role
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting delivery across both day and night shifts, working closely with site management and the wider delivery team to ensure accurate and efficient execution of works.
Key responsibilities include:
·Setting out for runway and concrete works
·Working behind paving / surfacing machines
·Supporting concrete pours and associated civils activities
·Ensuring works are delivered accurately to specification and programme
·Liaising with site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
·Maintaining QA records and supporting site documentation
·Working flexibly across day and night shifts as required

Requirements
·Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways, aviation, or heavy civils projects
·Confident in setting out and machine guidance support
·Ability to work in live, fast-paced site environments
·Willingness to work days and nights on rotation
·Strong attention to detail and QA awareness
·BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain) is essential
·Ideally based locally or within commuting distance due to shift patterns
