Job description

Experienced and accredited Business Analyst with the ability to lead business analysis activities in complex organisational and transformation environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, able to build strong relationships, run workshops, challenge constructively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending practical, value-driven solutions.
Skilled in requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into clear specifications, user requirements, and project documentation understood by both business and technical audiences.
Commercial and strategic thinking, able to conduct options appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and support evidence-based investment and change decisions.
Collaborative and delivery-focused approach, working effectively with service teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external suppliers to implement successful change.
