About the Role

A leading global organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated PMO Analyst for an initial 6-month contract based onsite at their office in Frimley, Surrey.
In this role, you will support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in delivering robust governance, portfolio reporting, and project management tools across key commercial modification projects. You will also play a key part in supporting the PMO's evolution toward a strategic portfolio centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Portfolio Support: Assist in developing and implementing enhanced PMO processes, standards, templates, dashboards, and reporting packs.
Project Tracking: Support Project Managers with schedule maintenance, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and action logs.
Governance & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly portfolio reports, consolidate data, and create polished executive presentations for management.
Administration & Coordination: Organise stakeholder sessions, maintain document repositories with strict version control, and follow up proactively on deliverables.

Requirements & Experience

Essential

Minimum 3 years' experience supporting PMO functions or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational capabilities.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis/tracking), PowerPoint (executive decks), and Word.
Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Right to work in the UK (immediate eligibility required).

Desirable

Familiarity with project management frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI).
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and creating dynamic reporting dashboards.
