Accounts Assistant (Self Employed)

Must have’s

* AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent

* Minimum of 2 years' experience using Payfit and Microsoft Excel/Office Suite

* Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

* Confident managing payroll, accounts payable and credit control

* Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

* Full UK driving licence and own transport

* Self-employed/freelance status

Nice to have’s

* SAP experience

* Experience supporting month-end processes

* Previous experience in a fast-paced finance environment

So, what will you be doing?

* Supporting the Finance Officer with day-to-day finance activities

* Processing payroll accurately and efficiently

* Managing accounts payable and cash allocation

* Handling credit control activities

* Providing additional support during month-end processes

* Maintaining accurate financial records

* Assisting with general finance administration as required
