Embedded in the UK Defence & Security market for the past 13 years, Michael currently leads a team of experienced client development managers, recruitment business partners, delivery consultants and candidate care specialists, providing specialist recruitment expertise to clients.

His background in technical recruitment is within engineering technology skillsets such as electronic, software and systems engineering through to digital and IT skillsets. Michael has a deep knowledge of the contract and permanent defence and security markets, along with a breath of experience with a wide range of recruitment solutions from traditional PSL, exclusive retained packages of work, Project RPOs all the way to MSP-level solutions.
